I have had the privilege of living in the USA for over 20 years. Ex- University of Cambridge (retired) Professor (cancer research) I now spend my days writing mostly about matters scientific. I am also interested in lots of other stuff (painting, writing songs, fast cars), basically I never get bored.
I am quite easy going, and an open and amiable person and usually don't brag about my accomplishments so not just some boring academic.
I am a generous person and usually find myself giving money to people less fortunate than me. Despite being a nuts and bolts scientist I am empathetic. I've been told that I am rather good company doncha know.

Looks aren't that important though it would be nice if you were Margot Robbie or Stevie Nicks, I'm not looking for perfection, a polished image, or someone trying to impress the world. I'd much rather meet a woman who's intelligent, funny, emotionally mature, genuinely kind, and unapologetically herself.
